Rental Information
The Mount Pleasant Parks and Recreation Department rents a variety of facilities. Our parks and facilities are the perfect place to host your wedding, birthday, family gathering or school picnic. Reservations for the upcoming year are accepted starting November 1, 2023. Fees and deposits are due one week prior to the reservation. To make a facility reservation, please call 319-385-1475 or email our department at mpparkandrec@gmail.com. The online calendar does not show what is available.

Civic Center Meeting Room

This meeting room is available for rent by the general public. Only business, educational, or professional-type meetings are permitted in this room. Amenities include a projector screen, a kitchenette, tables, and 50 chairs. The setup and tear-down time is included in the rental time. The fee and deposits are due at the time of the rental. Heatilator Performing Arts Center

This is a 350-seat performing arts theatre equipped with a sound and lighting system. There are dressing rooms and a green room available for use. This facility is perfect for theatrical performances, lectures, or ceremonies. There is an additional cost from our sound and light tech. Please call our office for rentals.

Winter Storage
