Start or Stop Service

Start Service

Complete a Customer Sign-Up Form and return to our office along with your deposit. You must present a photo I.D. when initiating service.

Stop Service

Call our office at 319.385.3516 to stop service at your address and to provide a forwarding address for your final bill or deposit refund.


A deposit is required to start new service. The amount of a service deposit for a particular location is equal to the highest utility bill for that location during the previous twelve months of active service. Please read our Deposit Policy for more information. Call our office at 319.385.3516 with questions.
