Youth Sports Philosophy

It is the philosophy of the Mount Pleasant Parks & Recreation Department to provide youth with the opportunity to participate in a learning environment where they have a positive experience.  Although these programs may involve competition, winning and losing are secondary to children learning the sport, enjoyment, or participation, and sportsmanship.
